Shipping policy

We offer free delivery in UAE for all order above AED 300. For orders below AED 100 we charge a standard shipping fee of AED 20 and there is a charge of AED 15 for orders above AED 100 but below AED 300. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our Boutique for shipment.

Once you get your shipping confirmation notification via Email or SMS through our delivery partner, you can track your order from their website or mobile app. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2-3 working days. Should there be any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding status of shipment.
